It’s total turmoil this week for Femdom Power. Maybe those hot summer breezes and flash storms have finally started to steam things up.

But whatever the cause, June’s month-end rankings feature four first-time entrants to the top 20; the highest-ranked first-time entrant ever in #3 Maya Fox, the new owner of Clips4Sale.com; and a thunderstorm of change which has seen Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, Lexi Sindel, Megan Fox, and other recent #1 femdoms plummet like a 2009 bank stock — in some cases out, of the power rankings altogether.

And of course, topping them all is new (and first time) #1 Celebrity Dominatrix Jennifer Aniston, seen nearby from the cover of Marie Claire. (Subscribe to Marie Claire, here.)

She out-hotted Brooklyn Decker in Just Go With It, out-slugged it in the action thriller Bounty Hunter, and is now out-femdoming the world both in the cinema (Horrible Bosses) and real life (finally settling down to a nice home-wrecking relationship like long-time quasi-rival Angelina Jolie.)

There’s a strong challenge from such brats as the aforementioned Fox and Nicki Minaj, and an ever-looming presence in female executioner Taylor Momsen… the Anakin Skywalker of girlydoms, who won’t even turn 18 until July 26 (careful, boys, it might not be legal to die for her in some states.)

But for now, the MILFs rule, with a fascinating 1-2 battle looming between Jen and Angelina as the hurricanes prowl, the cougars roar, and the summer gets hot, hot, hot.

1. Jennifer Anniston. Recently acquired a first tattoo — on her right foot — in honor of her dog. No word on whether her left foot will soon sport a little tribute to her other dog, the boytoy she lured out of a 14-year relationship, Justin Theroux…. but naturally we like the new femdom Jen. Don’t get mad at Angelina Jolie — destroy a few males.

2. Angelina Jolie. The cuckolding and enslavement of Brad Pitt continues. You read about it in the Star and In Touch this month; you read about it at Celebrity Dominatrix over the last couple of years.

3. Nicki Minaj. Reportedly in a growing squabble over her opening act for Britney Spears’s Femme Fatale tour… Nicki keeps going over the time budget, infuriating Britney. As much as we love BritBrit, from what we’ve seen of the tour so far, it definitely needs more Minaj, not less. Hopefully she brought some of her dungeon equipment along, otherwise this could be a long, boring road trip.

4. Cameron Diaz. Cameron’s casual flirtations with such co-stars as ex-BF Justin Timberlake (see photo, right) are driving Alex Rodriguez to fits of jealousy and inadequacy.

Any minute now, we expect an email from Damn Yankees director Todd Graff casting for Cameron Diaz as Lola. Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets.

5. Ginger Lee. Falling off a bit, now that the roasting of Weiner is winding down. What do you call one male congressman ruined by a porn star? A good start.

6. Nicole Sherzinger. Faith Hill (Sunday night NFL lead-in) is now the star of the second sexiest video sendoff in sports… and it’s a distant second, to Nicole’s recent and riveting introduction to the NBA playoffs.

If Major League Baseball had half a brain or more, it would be signing Scherzinger up for a 7-figure deal to cut a music video intro for the U.S. national passtime…. but it doesn’t. Nicole Scherzinger could sex up a golf tournament.

9. Taylor Momsen. The countdown begins: Taylor Momsen 18th Birthday Party watch (July 26), ready to celebrate a bad girl gone badder. Careful, boys: Until then, dying for Taylor Momsen’s amusement may be illegal in some states.

9. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. A sizzling debut in Moscow in the photo call for Transformers III. And do enjoy her 2010 femdom commercial for Agent Provocateur.

10. Rihanna. Where can a woman vault to #1 from # 20 in two weeks — and then tumble to #10 two weeks later? Only, so far as we know, in the Femdom Celebrity Power Rankings.

17. Sarah Palin. Doing almost nothing to raise her standing… but she’s not in the race yet, which, compared to her fellow Republicans, makes her look positively resurgent.
18. Ceara Lynch. Becoming the Sweeney Todd of femdoms, and such a lovely one. Another day, another castration for one of her slaves in the Lynch Mob.
19. Rebecca Northan. Still going strong with her hilarious but sexy performance in Kung Fu Panties.
20. Morgan Fairchild. Another quiet couple of weeks; but hey, it’s still Morgan Fairchild.

But with the choreography, according to Cameron’s comments in Moscow this week, where she’s promoting her next movie, Bad Teacher.

(She’s also, we note, continuing to tease boy-toy Alex Rodriguez, after a brief get-together last week, via long distance comments and sexy photo ops. This week’s bon mots include continued comments on her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake — talk which, as we’ve noted before, apparently gets under A-Rod’s skin and goes right to his feelings of inadequacy…. not unlike a steroid injection.)

Cosmo, meanwhile — which features CD on its cover — notes with approval that Cameron’s promotional shoots for the film have featured her “incredible legs” to maximum advantage. (“Cameron Diaz’s Bad Teacher Style is Very, Very Good.”)

We quite agree… and her management of the vagina-leashed Alex Rodriguez has shown equal skill.

There are many challengers, from fellow MILFs Jennifer Aniston to rock-brat-femdoms Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, and Taylor Momsen…

But for now, Cameron Diaz dominatrix rules the world, and rules it beautifully.

The off-again on-again relationship between Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez is reportedly “on.”

Fox News reports (June that the couple is “not so split” despite what it calls “recent reports that the pair had [parted ways].” (Well, yah: Like, maybe, f’rinstance, the Fox news report, “Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz Call It Quits,” June 6.)

Meanwhile, our “reliable source” for Cameron Diaz news has renewed credibility with us — as the tip that the pair might be getting together for the first time in more than a month was proven true in a number of high-profile celebrity couple appearances.

“If they’re not together in the next few days,” a Diaz source who’s been correct in their tidbits so far, “you’ll know that she’s pulled the trigger,” we reported May 28.

Hours after the “back together” romor, in fact, Cameron’s publicist has spurred a number of stories that Diaz may be getting back with another ex-ex, Justin Timberlake. It was comments by Diaz last month about how shoe “loves” her Bad Teacher co-star that sent A-Rod into a crisis of jealousy and confidence that apparently also touched off a 6-week hitting slump.

Rodriguez resembles nothing so much as a hitter with two strikes… able to foul off a few pitches and extend his at bat, but unable to get to first base.

Whether Cameron (seen nearby showing off her legs at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards) decides to toy with him for a few more “waste pitches,” or strike him out with some humiliating heat, she’s clearly on top and in charge. Hey, bataah, hey, battah, hey, battah….

Cameron Diaz vamped and dominated at the recent Spike TV Guys Choice Awards…

… leaving little doubt who was the loser in the apparent breakup between Diaz and Alex “A-Roid” Rodriguez.

After striking a leggy opening pose that had several males gasping in adoration, Diaz went on to present a special award to former co-star (The Mask) Jim Carrey…

… raising our hopes, and those of many others, that Diaz may rejoin Carrey for a role as Lola in the long-discussed revival of Damn Yankees.

Word on the street is that Cameron Diaz has given Alex Rodriguez his unconditional release….

casually ending the relationship through the press by spurning his obvious interest in marriage in a magazine interview, then vamping with her new co-star on the set of Gambit.

(We’ve speculated about the possibility of an imminent breakup, most recently in “Femdom Cameron keeps A-Rod in chastity… breakup near?” But as we noted in that report, a reliable source indicated that Diaz and Rodriguez had planned to get together in Florida or LA during a Yankee road trip or day off.)

If the reports are true, Cameron’s sendoff happened just hours after A-Rod was voted the most over-rated player in baseball by his major-league peers.

Evidently Cameron has found Alex is over-rated as a boyfriend and even, well, a human being. “He’s just so boring,” she told our reliable Cameron-watcher in London recently. “No, it’s not that, it’s worse — he’s sort of, I don’t know… nothing. I’m not sure there’s a real person there.”

Though we don’t necessarily credit the reports — which are suspiciously similar to the plot line for Cameron’s soon-to-be-released Bad Teacher — Rodriguez reportedly encouraged Diaz to have a boob job last month.

Now it appears she’s had one. At least, she’s gotten one boob fixed. Careful what you wish for, A-Rod.
