Miley Cyrus dominatrix: Photoshop Fatale?

Miley Cyrus cracks the Celebrity Dominatrix Top 20 on the strength of her girlydom in latex appearance nearby. But is it Miley, or is it Photoshop?
The photo has been online since at least April 5, and hasn’t, contrary to some reports, been Tweeted by Miley. (She has noted a recent photo of her beside-the-breast tatto, but not the latex femdom shot you see here, currently posted at Lazygirls, The Improper, and elsewhere.)
On the other hand, neither she nor publicists have disowned the photo.
The posting may resemble some of the Britney Spears fan art that cropped up 2-3 years ago. Does silence imply consent? Not necessarily. In this case, all things considered, such as the lack of a copyrighted version of the photo anywhere, it looks to us like a case of fan art.
Given it’s being tolerated, however, and not even discounted, it also looks like a piece of fan art Miley likes.
Miley’s done some femdom flexing before. She did a credible pole dance in 2009 at the Teen Choice Awards, and there’s a fishnet-femdom performance her handlers have allowed on YouTube without protest ever since.
We’ve been reticent about proclaiming Cyrus a bona fide femdom ever since her sister upstaged her in a dominatrix Halloween costume. When a 9-year-old sibling is making more of a femme fatale stir, you’re not exactly looking ready for a trip to the Other World Kingdom.
Still, Cyrus is accumulating style points and a track record — as she takes a look at the commercial success of Britney Spears, Rihanna, Taylor Momsen, and other artists who are clearly using their sex appeal to enthrall and enslave the male species. Here’s hoping she keeps it up.
